Since 2016, MA’s initiatives are short-term residency programs in Spain, Iraq and Palestine in which artists are provided with logistical, conceptual, and financial support to develop their practice and cultivate forms of inquiry and interlocution. These programs are the result of prolonged and intensive social investigation and comprise presentations and public discussions.

To this end, our efforts have also been possible thanks to the support and partnerships with various cultural institutions: AECID (Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation), BFA-DFB (Provincial Council of Bizkaia), Bilbao City Council, BilbaoArte Foundation, The University of the Basque Country, Matadero Madrid, Qattan Foundation (Palestine) or Tobacco Factory (Iraq), amongst others.
